North Cape May - According to the administration at the Mitnick School, it is not school policy to disclose head lice in a specific classroom, let alone disclosure of a flu exposure in a classroom. This was in writing from an administrator, who also claimed the flu is not an epidemic. I guess everything I read about flu fatalities is just fake news. So much for open and honest communication with parents and taxpayers. I hope this raises a few alarms. Some of us who have children with weakened immune systems would like to know about the flu in the classroom, not just a blanketed notice on prevention.
