Where has the money from the last two years' tax increases gone?

Middle Township - Where has the money from the last two years' tax increases gone? Township streets are disgraceful due to nonpaving, but funds are available for bike trails which are rarely used. I never see anyone on these trails. New recreation areas are being built instead of fixing horrible street conditions. Residents should take notice of these conditions before next voting time arrives. We need a change.
