Middle Township - When children are placed in foster care due to parents' behavior - drugs, abuse, jail, etc., do the parents' checks - welfare, rent check, etc., decrease financially or do we, taxpayers, pay twice for the same child? Imagine the payout to these families while someone else raises their children. Do the parents ever have to pay back this money? No! Just another example of no consequences, and furthers the entitlement syndrome in America.
