Middle Township - We may have one of the lowest average property taxes in the entire state of New Jersey, but here lies the problem... residents are not paid well enough to afford these taxes, like they are in other counties. For heaven's sake, only heads of departments and directors can afford these taxes. If they're going to raise our taxes, raise our pay also so we can pay them.
