Rest stops and bike racks on the bike/walking trail?

Middle Township - Rest stops and bike racks on the bike/walking trail? Every time I pass the trail, there is no one on it. People on the Committee with these crazy ideas must be wealthy. Most of us are struggling to pay our bills and put food on the table for our families. Forget the bike trail! We cannot afford their “pie in the sky” delusions anymore.
