It would be nice if people looking for a job in local and county

Middle Township - It would be nice if people looking for a job in local and county government had the same chance as retirees who already work for the government or county. They retire with a nice pension and take another government job. They work enough to get another pension and take away the opportunity for people who do the job. This goes on at every school with security as well as other jobs. Let's be fair to the younger generation and give them a chance like they had.
