Lower Township - We have one municipality doing something about distracted drivers for 21 days in April. We have how many municipalities in the county? How many in the state? Three-hundred-and-sixty-five days in the year? While the municipality is to be applauded for their effort, it seems to be completely inadequate. When Giuliani was mayor of New York, he enacted quality-of-life enforcement efforts and cleaned up practically the whole city. Maybe there should be more of that law enforcement statewide. Maybe there would be less distracted drivers. It's the little foxes that spoil the hen house.
