Lower Township - A spouter is right about the Open Space program. It never preserves any open space anymore. People who tried to have their land preserved have been rejected, but the county wastes millions on bike paths, piers, and athletic fields. There are thousands of acres that still need to be preserved. The Open Space program should preserve open space.
