Lower Township - Running away from a bad home situation as a teen isn't a crime in New Jersey, so why do police treat a run away like a criminal? The teen gets patted down and physically put into the back of a police car and taken back to their abusive and neglectful house. What is this kid learning, how to get mistreated and become drug addicted from his own home? The laws protect the criminals. Drug addiction gets treated like an illness unless it's a kid that test positive for doing drugs then he gets expelled from school and put into a juvenile facility for getting high from his mom's stash. Typical victim losses!
