Lower Township - My family and I went to enjoy a nice, peaceful day at the beach with our stuff set up, not bothering anybody, and not taking up anyone's space. Along came three fishermen who cast their lines in the water where our children, along with others, were. People walking up the beach had to walk around their lines since they sat back 20 to 30 feet from where they were fishing. If they were there first, I could see that, but they were not.
