Lower Township - As a Lower Township taxpayer, I want to know why for the last three years, Lower Township Elementary School Board of Education hired a lawyer from North Jersey. He gets paid hourly and for his travels. We can afford to pay him, but can't afford to give our hard working teachers a raise. Did other Lower Township taxpayers know this?
