Lower Township - I thought people were just exaggerating about the dog problem in Lower Township. Our block was having a holiday party this weekend and a dog was barking the whole time. After an hour, animal control was called and said there was nothing they could do and to just tolerate it. Dog owners really do run the township. So much for a celebratory day.
