I see other people have problems with dogs barking in their neig

Lower Township - I see other people have problems with dogs barking in their neighborhood 24/7 and Lower Township Police and animal control do nothing. It's amazing how a few dog owners in a community can bring down the whole township. The animal owners and people called to fix the problem don't seem to care. They should be made to move next door and see how long it takes till they change their tune.
