I can't stand litter on our streets that could be easily prevent

Lower Township - I can't stand litter on our streets that could be easily prevented, especially close to and around stops for NJ Transit. I always see litter on the ground, but almost never a receptacle to put it in. It would be nice if the township we live in could place trash receptacles in these areas where pedestrians frequent, definitely by stops for NJ Transit. It certainly can't hurt to give it a shot.
