Does Lower Township even have law enforcement anymore?

Lower Township - Does Lower Township even have law enforcement anymore? LTPD seems to never be around. We have people selling drugs outside of a Villas convenience store in plain daylight and other areas. We have people racing around on ATVs and dirt bikes through our residential roads and highways. Apparently, there is a never-ending surplus of dogs barking 24 hours of the day (would drive me nuts). We also have people dumping their trash into yards containing empty booze bottles. LTPD, do the job you signed up for and took an oath to do. We depend on you!
