Lower Township - With all of the laws about drunk or buzzed driving, how can we stop the same people each day, sometimes two or three times a day leaving establishments and barely able to get into their vehicles? Same people all the time. Officers told many of us that they can't sit to entrap... what about my youngsters? I fear for their safety.
