Erma - A Nixle alert came to Lower Township residents telling of the Aug. 2 Breakwater Road closure for paving. I avoided the road in the morning, and traveled in the evening. There was no paving, only lumps and holes due to new development. There's been stone on the road more days than not since the beginning of construction. I'm looking forward to the replacing and no more false notifications.
