Diamond Beach - At the intersection of New Jersey and St. Louis, by Crest Memorial School, when school is out, I've seen crossing guards stop cars that have a green light so that children (and their parents) can cross New Jersey Ave. on a "Don't Walk" signal. I think this is a bad habit to be teaching our young children. They should be learning to wait for the "Walk" signal before crossing.
