Dennisville - If you have a problem with dogs barking when it is freezing cold outside, call animal control and state police, as there is an ordinance now to prevent dogs from being outside during these freezing temperatures. If there's no response, call again. If there's still no response, call the clerk in the morning and ask for an investigation as to why the ordinance is not being enforced. Van Drew helped write the ordinance and lives in Dennis, and he would not be happy knowing dogs are outside freezing. Send him an email too. Most dogs bark for a reason in the cold.
