Dennis Township - Seagulls might not be liked by everyone but any town which allows animal control to let them bake to death in the sun with a broken wing should be ashamed of themselves. They should be picked up and humanely euthanized. State law requires animal control to pick up all injured animals. No excuses. Most vets will euthanize for free, as it is the right thing to do.
