Dennis Township - The editor responded to a spout: "Dennis Township Committee passed an ordinance Oct. 4 which enacted better oversight of how dogs are cared for and addressed numerous citizen concerns about the welfare of dogs in Dennis, according to a Herald article." The ordinance cited pales in comparison to similar ordinances in the adjoining municipalities and it will have no value unless it is enforced.
