Del Haven - Who or what agency is responsible for maintaining the Wildlife Preserve in Del Haven? Since the Army Corps of Engineers opened the locks at the bay, we have a ghost forest with dead trees falling with all the flooding back there. We have trees that are right before our property line that if we are sleeping, and they fall, we will be killed. We don't even sleep in our bedroom during high winds or rains. To remove them would be thousands of dollars. The preserve is no longer a wonderful place to walk through and see all the wildlife and birds, it is a neglected, mosquito, swampland with dead trees!
