I've had branches, sticks, and debris outside my house for three

Del Haven - I've had branches, sticks, and debris outside my house for three weeks now. I have called Middle Township Public Works several times to have them removed and it has not been resolved. I know many residents whom I talk to weekly who also have the same problem. Middle has raised my taxes over 7 percent over these past two years, but can't seem to pick up sticks in my front yard.
