Court House - The wine and beer industry of Cape May County must take recycling into their own hands. Returnable bottles are a must. Also the tremendous waste of restaurants throwing away wine bottles can be stopped. A bottle recycling facility at the Cape May County Airport could be created. Wine bottles are very strong and can be reused. A bottling plant like days of old could be created too. Let's not depend on a bureaucracy to change things. As Margaret Mead said, "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever does."
