Court House - Will the owners of the dog on Woodcock Lane put it on a leash? I can’t express enough how we try to meet up at the end of the circle at the bird preserve yet the dog keeps making its way over to us growling and barking constantly. This is my third spout and I've made two calls to animal control. Who else do I have to contact?
