Court House - Why do local authorities ignore litter laws? Recently, I saw hazardous materials such as chemical containers, oil containers, hypodermic needles, dog feces in bags, diapers and bottles of urine. It is disgusting. If the authorities can't do their jobs, then give me the authority. I will double the fines and add community service. The town will get cleaned up and I will make a small fortune.
