Court House - Some of the Capitol rioters are choosing to represent themselves in court. To quote a New Orleans criminal defense lawyer and former federal prosecutor: “Just because you have a constitutional right to do something doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s smart.”
To quote the knight in Indiana Jones and the Holy Grail, they: “chose poorly”. Courts don’t make allowances for neophytes.
