Then they decide to do extra for extra pay to boost their pensions. Why is this allowed? Because the school administration allows it to happen. We do not need superintendents in every town for over $168,000 each or more, or two vice principals in every school. One county superintendent will do. Could save over $1.5 million off the top, leaving more for the kids.
