Court House - I live on Johnstown Lane and I like my neighborhood but I do agree with the spout from Stone Harbor that it would appear that there is a lack of action on the part of Code Enforcement in our neighborhood. Understand that there have been numerous complaints about the conditions of properties on our lane both recently and for many years by many of us in the neighborhood.
