Court House - I don't understand how they can open the 96th Street drawbridge at 8:30 a.m. on a weekday. Hundreds of cars delayed from getting to work and school so one barge can pass. Why can't they restrict opening times like on other bridges? The bridge causes frustration in many areas, but at least you can control when to open.
