Am I the only driver in town that sits at the Parkway North ligh

Court House - Am I the only driver in town that sits at the Parkway North light on Stone Harbor Blvd.? Going to work every morning I see a handful of vehicles drive right through the 'red arrow' without stopping or even pulling u-turns to take the ramp up. I know the light is ridiculously long but at this rate, I feel like an accident is bound to happen. Is there any way we can petition to get the light changed to get rid of the red arrow? There is no reason to sit there while the light is green and no one is coming.
