Somebody in Lower Township authority needs to do something about

Cold Spring - Somebody in Lower Township authority needs to do something about all of these golf carts all over the roads. I looked it up. They can only ride on 25 mph roads and there must be an ordinance from the town to allow it. Plus they must have safety equipment, tags, and insurance. Recently, they were all over Routes 9 and 109 causing problems.
