In regards to fixing a pulley on a flagpole at the courthouse, I

Cold Spring - In regards to fixing a pulley on a flagpole at the courthouse, I am sure there is a fire truck with a ladder and the firemen would've liked to fix it rather than pay a contractor. Did any county official ask the fire companies if they could do that service? Other peoples' money at work.
