A Middle Twp. spouter wants more council members.

Cold Spring - A Middle Twp. spouter wants more council members. My advice, don't do it. We had three in Lower Twp. and then went to five. All it did was create three more paid jobs. Two council seats and a manager who has an average lifespan of four years. The ward mentality kicks in and each ward person tries to get the most for their section. I also do not like that I can't vote for two people who decide how to spend my tax dollars.
