Cape May - The word is out, the public safety building estimates are $20-22 million. The open presentation meeting for Aug. 13 was cancelled to figure out a way to explain how and why the taxpayers group was correct and for the majority of council to conjure up an explanation that it was OK for them to avoid participation in this project. The "winds of change" are needed.
