Cape May - A spouter who wants troopers to patrol Webster Street in Woodbine is demanding more service at the expense of all of the rest of us in this state and county. We all pay for state police services and in all but three towns in this county we also pay taxes for municipal police. If the Webster Street residents want extra attention, let them pay for a municipal police department.
