Cape May - So many spouts on land being developed near the former Ponderlodge and homeowners in Cape May wanting variances to build pools on their already overbuilt properties. Here is what happens to the area with a good rain or with a nor'easter - flooding. From Ocean City to Wildwood Crest, overbuilding and loss of natural land to absorb rainwater will create a bigger problem that won't go away. Not much thought going into these issues.
