Cape May - To a SIC spouter who defended a nuisance home on Central Ave., I am not the person to whom you responded, but I have to comment. You are wrong. No one has the right to infringe on a person's right to peace and quiet in their own home. To do so is to invade their privacy. I lived in a neighborhood with this type of situation and it makes it impossible to work, read, watch TV, sleep, or in any way enjoy your own home. It is not necessary to be loud and obnoxious in order to have a good time!
