Cape May - Regarding Sheehan and his settlement, maybe he should have been advised of what the insurance payout would be and what the payout that taxpayers would be on the hook for (because we had no clue what was going on behind those closed doors and what deals were made). Apparently, money talks. I would hope that some people would settle for what the insurance would pay out and not put a tax burden on the community that had nothing to do with this nonsense. Maybe we, citizens should sue for stupidity.
