Cape May - Re: A spout on homes in the east side of Villas and how some are in disrepair and a general eyesore to the community, be aware that things are changing in Villas, especially on the west side of Bayshore Rd. Drive along the bay area and there are million-dollar homes and slowly but surely people are investing beyond the bay area and smaller homes are being razed and beautiful homes are in their place. Ponderlodge may soon have some amazing homes as well. Good things take time and good things are happening in Villas.
