Cape May - For a parent who feels their child's needs are not being met in daycare, perhaps it's your child who requires special needs? Time for you to re-evaluate and find new care if you're dissatisfied. In addition, educate yourself with the No Child Left Behind Law and in kind, educate your child. My 23-year-old special needs son has endured much ignorance throughout his short life. He is a human being, has emotions and fears, although not always expressed. He is different and I am thankful for that, as he doesn't realize the ridicule and ignorance from people who surround him.
