Cape May - Now Sweeney wants to add a surcharge to the state's business tax. The business owners and their workers just received a small reprieve from federal taxes and New Jersey is all set to grab the money for their state programs. We wonder how many of the state programs really help the citizens of New Jersey and not the politicians.
