Cape May - On May 4, we parked on a side street behind the Washington Street Mall in Cape May. No meters. We went to lunch at a local restaurant. When we came back to our vehicle, lo and behold there was a parking ticket for $35. After looking around a lot, on a very small sign it stated "get your ticket." I find this inexcusable, as it was too small for the normal public to see and approx. 10 feet up. I am sure Cape May management is thriving on this situation. As we were leaving there were several out of state vehicles, five that we counted in that area, with tickets. Very unhappy people.
