I'm exhausted complaining about dogs on the Washington Street Ma

Cape May - I'm exhausted complaining about dogs on the Washington Street Mall in Cape May. Witnessed a yapping pocket dog disturbing a service dog whose handler was clearly visually handicapped. Add the parents who didn't stop their kids from petting this "cute" dog. Do folks have no common sense? The signs on the mall say "no dogs." Parents should know better. Keep kids away from service dogs. Educate them. The dogs have a job. They are not just cute pets. Would love to just have a pet and not have to depend on my dog for my life. Where are the police to enforce the posted rules?
