I'm a bit confused how the school choice program works transport

Cape May - I'm a bit confused how the school choice program works transportation wise. If you live out of district, but do not use the school bus, the district pays you to drive your kids to school. You are choosing to go out of district so you should pay or find a way to get your kids to school. Look up how choice programs work. The dollar amount is per student. Who wouldn't drive their kids to school? They would get paid more than a bus driver.
