Cape May - Does Cape May enforce no dogs on the promenade and the Washington Street Mall? Love my pets. They stay home. Why do we have posted rules that no one enforces? Only medical service dogs who are providing life-saving services are allowed. Just throwing any vest on your pooch doesn't count. Emotional support pocket dogs don't count.
