Cape May - After watching a morning program about NASA and Spacex wanting to go to Mars, I have to ask why? Some may compare it to our pioneers crossing the ocean and such but think of this - 2019, NASA's budget was $21.5 billion. Since NASA's inception, $4.4 trillion spent. Wouldn't that money fix several issues we have right here Earth? We know nothing is on Mars and you hear people speaking of colonizing it. Why? And only 1 million or 1% could afford to go there. Everyone reading this will be long dead. Think of the cancer research that money could provide. It's sad.
