Cape May County - Since West Cape May Mayor Carol Sabo is so passionate about the supposed homeless in the county to the point of confronting the freeholder director about the issue, why doesn't the county look to locate a shelter in West Cape May? The freeholders already have the stakeholder(s) they are looking for in the mayor and other proponents in town. With all of the open space, there are many highly appropriate locations where the homeless could be accommodated.
