Cape May County - Read in your paper,the article pertaining to former commissioner's health care. The word,Grandfathered was used. So,it seems,WC,is saying when she was elected in 1989 it was less expensive to offer benefits but,in the next breathe had to work 35 hours, as,of 5/2010,which is it ? Maybe the state PERS, system should look at all municipalities that offer health benefits to elected/appointed officials that work 35 hours. Because I am sure none of them work 35 but,yet get benefits from the expense of taxpayers, Wake up
