Cape May County - Our recycling efforts and system here are lame. This area used to promote it and had recycling cans everywhere, and people had pride in keeping these items out of trash cans. Now, with way too many "trash-only" cans, and way too few recycling cans right next to every trash can, we are wasting too many valuable recyclables. We owe it to ourselves to bring back the passion we had to have the best program anywhere. Also, towns have to fine those who trash everything.
